CLUB FEES & FUNDRAISING PROGRAM
The Bryan Swim Team Association is a not-for-profit organization that consists of a group of interested adults providing a program of swimming, diving and synchronized swimming for the youth of our community and the surrounding area.
As a cost of participating in the Summer Bryan Swim Team Association program – there are a couple of expectations from the parents and participants:
1.) The summer programs of the Bryan Swim Team Association are offered at a club fee consisting of:
Cub Program Fee - $60.00
Swim/Dive/Synch. Program Fee – $75.00 per child or
$200.00 per family (regardless of the number of swim program(s) the child participates in)
The club fee is non-refundable. Registration fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SWIMMERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL.
2.) Each participating family will be required to sell or purchase 10 tickets($5.00 each) per swimmer (or a maximum of 20 tickets per family) for our Bryan Swim Team Association Fund Raising Raffle. Other than registration fees, the raffle is our main source of revenue to support the program each summer and without it the registration fees would be significantly increased. All tickets must be sold by 6/20/08. If any participant does not sell the required tickets by the due date, they will be ineligible to participate in any remaining meets from that day on (including champs) unless the balance is paid in full.
The drawing will be held on our last home swim meet, 6/26/08 (need not be present to win). Prizes will be $500 for first, $250 for second, and $100 for third.
